Yes - its been years since I heard the VOK IS - not since my short wave radio days back in the 1980s/90's

I stayed up late to watch the KCTV start up & take a few screen grabs :)

Useally , colours bars use just 7 colours , it has one more , 8 totally , that's why i uploaded this photo , becouse it's no so common .

Maybe, but still colour bars, no ident. A mention of the difference and it might just have escaped removal.

Unusual to see this one fta. Its the normally securely scrambled Akubis on 9E (11977H 27500 3/4 if you want a look). The bottom element is animated.
