Hi,
I have bought a terminal satellite numerique TCT 1400 by TekComm with TNTsat card. Everything is brand new and the card has not been activated. :-ohcrapThe reason I want to exchange it is because I assumed I had Astra on 19e only to realise too late I had only sky UK. )(-red
I will exchange it only for a Biss card or sell it if I have a good offer for it. so please contact me if you are interested. With this item you get 4 years of french tv channels to the 1 year with Biss!!!

I live in an appartment block and the council is not allowing tenants to have own dish. To that effect they got us 3 dishes (astra uk, hotbird & turksat). I thought Astra UK/sky was same as 19e! Got to learn the hard way sometimes!

Hi guys!
I have a cheeky question in that regard. If I buy a zone 1 minidish and paint it with a metal paint (including arm and lnb) to camouflage it will the reception suffer?
Thank you for your thoughts!

You could always use spray painting equipment to paint your minidish. It looks like your reception will not suffer too much but it is not sure whether they will not notice it anyway :)

Is a sky mini dish with a quad LNB all right for reception of astra 19e?
Thank you

just make sure you dont use a metalic paint ,,but i found it strange changing the 4years card for 1 year,,still you will end up with no service since Bis is thru Hotbird !! ..sorry you got me confused there

Hi Pipino
What I mean is that a biss card subscription is for 1 year only and costs 119 pound and on the other hand the TNT card lasts for 4 years after what it gets de-activated.

Matt paint spray such as Plasti-kote is ideal for painting the dish. There is no effect on performance - just make sure you don't spray the LNB cap.

my point from what your are saying either are useless for you as you only have astra 28º so why dont you simply sell it rather then ask for BIS card as a swap...it was just a point ..forget it m8
