Rather I'd say the TLE is too old: at epoch in the evening of 4 May, location was 41.9°E. So soon afterwards, the sat must have stopped moving further.
Meanwhile, I wonder what this is all about. Almost as if TürkmenÄlem is in queue to be tested next at 43.5° after Astra 2G has finished? Although the Türkmen satellite is Thales, and 2G is Astrium.
