Yes, the signal drops for me too. But I only have about 1° elevation.

sure there can be a small decrease in the signal, but going from 13 db of MER to zero signal
this is very strange

Today, with better weather, the signal has gotten even better. It doesn't fluctuate so much anymore and is currently running consistently without any failures.
