Hi,

I want get a Wave Frontier t55 for the following sats 7E , 13E , 19.2E , 28.2E , 42E...

I checked the sat maps and the only concern i have is the 7E i am wondering if this dish is too small for this sat?

Any suggestions or advices?

Thanks

Would have thought it should be ok.

7E is a relatively strong Satellite in the UK (For the relevant beams, of course!).

What exactly interest you on 7E?

Europe B might be tight but worth a shot. Given the dish and gain, maybe okay. Take a look at the official downlink coverage _http://www.eutelsat.com/satellites/7e_w3a_popd.html#

For that little bit extra - can you get a T90? It will vastly improve the amount of channels you can pull in, simply because of the extra dish space and although you will get 7E fine, you may benefit from getting a better quality signal from the weaker transponders on the other sats you mention. After all size is everything :)

There is also the Maximum T85 which is larger than the T55 but smaller than the T90.

It doesn't have a huge front reflector, so it looks much less bulky.

It's also much cheaper than both, half the price O-Ha, which is an important point.

If you wanted the T55 for the Turkish channels on 7e, I think it may be too small, as the beams are around 48dBW and some Turkish channels are weak up here. For London a 70cm may be a sensible size in bad weather. Up here, an 80cm would be a better idea.
