Not sure why you say that, not only are they still going, Icehouse has one of the largest discographies of any Australian band.

Recorded in Bath, predominantly, and even under the influence of Eno himself.
But not that well known. As you indicate, the previous album (Primitive Man) and derived singles (Hey Little Girl and Street Café) had much better ratings.
In any case, I heard Measure for Measure first, and it was a real eye-opener (ear-opener?) to the values of smooth production - the sound is just so ... well-prepared, I would say, on that album.
