10700 to 1099 won't work either. Try 10950 to 11200 which is a valid range

just tried that range .. no.. didn't work it ALWAYS scans from 10700-12750 no matter What I do .. I just don't get it

Both ranges you type must be 5 numbers as Andy says else it won't work
eg 10750-11750 0r 11750-12500 and so on, infact any range between 10700-12750 for a universal LNB.

ok.. I'm getting somewhere, I changed from USALS to DISEqC 1.2 and it Worked !

You must be doing something wrong, 1 dodgy box is a possibility, but not the amout you have gone through.

You must be missing a button push. Both my 5302's are flawless. (Apart from the 45000 symbol rate issue)

Same for me, the TM-5302 I have blind scans the input range.

My tm5302's I use the remote control for the positioner.

But my PC is connected to the Diseqc 1.2 input of my positioner. The tbs card sends raw diseqc to the positioner.

No, I dont use DiSEqC motors so have no use for USALS/DiSEqC. I use separate positioners that provide power directly to 36 volt motors. I disable USALS/DiSEqC in the receiver menus.

For usals to work you need to enter your longitude and latitude in the motor menu.

yes, i know mate.. I'm saying ... the blind scan range works when I DONT have USALS selected,
if I switch to DiSEqC, the blind scan works fine, but NOT when USALS is selected

thing is I want (need) to use usals.
