There is a huge thread on some other forum and it contains some hints, but not enough to understand. And the translation from Ukranian to English is sometimes hard to understand as well. I think part of it is detection of the constellation and then some curve fitting adapted to the detected modulation. I have never been able to find a card (among the ones I have) which actually worked with IQ monitor,so that is another problem.</blockquote>
