This is perfect! Now we need to create our internal stream relay package with the channels to watch! This can be done the hard way, and the easy way. The hard way is by manually adding all entries into a bouquets file. The easy one is to use Dreambox edit!
So we open Dreambox edit and go to our bouquets editor. We create a new bouquet, let's call it RTRN T2-MI (40E).
Now what we need is the sid and name contents of the package:

So we go to our newly made bouquet and select IPTV and other streaming services > add and we add as followed:

We do the same for the rest of the sids, for 03 МАТЧ! we input the same url, service type 1, service id 1030 and the same transponder and network id.
For a different plp we input the name, the plp url, service type 1, the sid, the transponder id I like to input the frequency for reference reasons (e.g. 3615), and the same network id (40).
We save and send to receiver. Save a couple first to see if they can tune and report!

It works On a few channels anyway.

I have a small issue though. When changing TO these "IPTV" transponders, the receiver changes the channels and moves the dish just fine. However, if I want to change to a normal channel, I get "no free tuner" error - presumably because the tuner is used by the streamer (astra-sm) and doesn't allow me to get away from the current TP.

To stop streaming, I have to change the channel to the original "fake" TP that the streamer is running from and that frees the tuner. Is there a way around this - or to stop streaming without having to select this fake channel?

Only a minor issue really, as this is absolutely amazing that I am able to view TI2-MI channels on a normal receiver! Takes some setting up but really not a big deal and channel changes are very quick.

BTW, I just noticed that service IDs are listed on Lyngsat for each channel:



...so potentially no need to go into debug mode.

Yes, this issue cannot be resolved right now, it's an enigma2 issue, you might think that streaming is the same thing as recording, it occupies the transponder, so unless you have a double tuner you have to change back to the feed channel (one more reason why that was created) to be able to change to other channels.
This is why developers should aim to incorporate t2-mi decapsulation into the enigma2 core, so that the decapsulation could be an option on auto/manual scan and this will facilitate the users, as these channels will be downloaded as regular channels, same that was done with multistream.
Now, both lyngsat and flysat (the second even more accurately) list the channels, but the debug method is the most precise because 1. it contains the current names of the channels 2. it is up to date.
Lastly, if you like when you finish with 40E transponders you can send me your conf and bouquet files to send to SDG to put in their feeds, so we can help other people as well. I know we had to do the dirty work, but this always happens when you are first at something... lol

Is astra-sm able to pass encryption parameters to front end? I tried a few other TI2-MI transponders but despite Flysat and Lyngsat saying they are FTA, they are not and likely to be encrypted in BISS (but can't check).

OK, so here's the video I created showing zapping between normal channels and T2-MI ones - all pretty seamless with exception of having to select the "fake" service before picking a normal channel when zapping from T2-MI one. You do NOT need to do this when switching between different TI2-MI transponders.

Huuuuge thanks to @glamourservices and the rest of SatDreamGr team for making this work - I am essentially viewing all available DVB-T channels well away from intended coverage area (except Pervyj Kanal since it's encrypted in Rosscrypt but I have that elsewhere) via satellite.

Will have to try the Zeonbud channels in TVHeadend again at some point. I'll just nudge my 3.1°E LNB across a bit.

For some reason, last time I tried the channels just broke up as if they were corrupted or had low signal (even though the SNR level was fine).

BTW does your Vu+ allow direct recording from the stream T2-MI channels? OSmini has a driver problem with that!
