Receiving transmission on my LG TV satellite tuner. Its caption id "Dolby Labs" and is in UHD. Might be for Dolby Vision testing. Nothing shows for this signal on Dr.HD D15

Looks good and I'm tempted, however I don't see ACM in the specs, does it receive the multistreams correctly?

What LG TV model ?
Most LG TV use Silabs tuner/demods since 2012/13 year. So 2016 models must have six generation silabs demods with DVB-S2X support (broadcast profile). Most used is Si2169 with DVB-T/T2/C/S/S2X support - Si2169 Digital TV Demodulator | Silicon Labs

I am using the LG EF950v which is a 2015 model. Not sure what demodulator it uses.

Fine here with the TBS 6522 card just received. OK with DVBDream, although FEC has to be entered as Auto, as there's no provision for inputting this channel's 11/20 rate.

It is a Linux twin Satellitereceiver that take a hard disk and does terrestrial as well.

Along with a few other satellite projects that are currently in progress, we still keep testing all TBS cards as we go along.
One may say, it`s not a big deal to do such tests. Well, good and relevant tests take lots of time, patiente and effort. But as you can see, it pays off!

TBS 6522 - sensitivity tests.

If TBS 6983/6903 are great, TBS 6522 sets a new limit!
Those tests have been done several times, the player was completely closed down and open when a device was switched. DVB Dream was used for Prof 7301 because the latest version of Smart DVB causes Prof to crash. But on the end of the day it doesn`t change anything on the fact that there`s only one card that could fully and freeze free provide picture and sound on this station/transponder.

hello this test is what I prefer in order to compare sensitivity.
I've 2 questions:
1) which tbs usb tuner is more sensitive 5925 or 5980?
2) do you know if tbs will launch a new usb "multistream ready" card?

1.The most sensitive tuner from tbs is 6983(HW v.13),
2.Has not yet been released,but I think USB 5927 is the best and surpasses the performance of the existing USB regardless of brand.Approaching 6983...
 
Can I ask you gentlemen from where you purchase these cards?
I've only found tbs-technology.de as proper reseller in Europe.
I bought my 5922 from there. No complaints from me on that.

But surely there must be other resellers locally, in contrast to buying direct from China?
