I heard that bulsat in July will stop in irdeto, and to open it in bulcrypt you have to have their original reciver... so what will be with bulsat in sharing from July.... it wil stop like Total or this problem is already solved ??

if you have locked dream and you can't install tuxcom via download link in your image then you can mount your dreambox with your hdd and install tuxcom manually, but you need to have right format of tuxcom. i can't upload that tuxcom file couse of the format of the file, but if u need it write...
