I see on BBC's website that they have 2-3 'interactive' channels for the Olympics. I've done a search of the forum before posting and couldn't find anything, so excuse me if it's already been covered (and if it is, for some bizarre reason, considered a naughty topic).

Maybe the BBC Trust should stop them from driving so fast, as everyone knows speed kills? How about those wacky, "anarchic" stunts with caravans and demolition balls, as surely some child might try it?
And then watch the BBC whine about how nobody's watching the show anymore...

Just stumbled across this old thread...
As you know, the Dreambox records transport stream (.ts) files. I use the excellent HDTVtoMPEG2 to both trim the file and convert it to an MPG file. The editing takes a couple of minutes (usually lopping off the start and end, plus any ads in the middle)...
I watched that whole episode, and it was hilarious, and amusingly proves she really is a scatophiliac. Even when he'd made it clear there was none in the box, she kept on about how it looked and smelled awful, and how he must be not drinking enough water. She's one sick chick.

PJ02 is spot on. I started playing EVE Online last Friday and am hooked. I've also got a number of my friends and family addicted, too. What a fantastic game! And unlike other MMOGs, everyone worldwide plays on the same server - so my uncle, brother and a mate in Oz can play alongside some mates...

If you're like me and are sick of carrying a phone all the time for work, and leave it at home whenever you can, you're screwed.
There's far too much of a tendency these days to "call the authorities" whenever something like this arises. Then the government legislates to prevent it happening (or just to punish/tax the evildoer), as they like to do now, and we whine about the nanny state and further deprivation of...
