Hello, Here's my experience on installing 5 lnbs on a dm800: The good post fromAnaloguesat gave me the inspiration (for 8 lnbs) the menus on the 800 are a bit different though. first i needed to replace my 4 way diseqc switch for an 8 way unit, like in the picture. I think it's an uncommitted...

Hi Mickha, finally got my wifi diablocam, seems to work but doesn't decode anything, Probably a dumb question to you: but how do you copy the config string from the dreambox to the cam? Cheers yusat ;-)

try it with 2 ethernet cables and dcc should show you the connection if you entered the correct ip addresses there will be a green line between your laptop and dreambox. Forget about the usb key i never got that to work. try your ethernet cables. yusat

since you' re in a hurry i' ll try to help. if you want to connect your laptop to your dreambox best is a serial cable for editing. you can use dcc with the ethernet connected to your router from your laptop and another cable from the dreambox to your router or a spliter. good luck. yusat

About swap file. I saw in the detailed settings that the swap file is 8mb. Cheers yusat:-)

Thank you for your reply asebaie, I think it is strange too but my post was more for information than question. Sorry I can't help with your swap file, I don't know what that is. I can tell you though that i installed a sata drive in the box and it works fine. I wasn't able to format directly...
