Your LNB details are completely screwed. I've no idea what those local oscillator frequencies are meant to be.
Your Lo: frequency should be 9750 and Hi: frequency 10600. So, set those in first instance and never change them. Ever.
Then enter details for BBC World News on 1W. So, you go to this site: - Thor 5/6/7 & Intelsat 10-02 at 0.8°W - LyngSat
Search for BBC World News on the page, which will give you the following details:
Frequency: 10778 H, SR: 24500, FEC: 7/8.
So, F: in your screenshot should be 10778 and SR: 24500. FEC is usually automatic. Polarity is already set correctly...
