This transponder appears to be interfering with the East Africa beam or the transponder has been switched off
11544 H was active at 11044 H, probably the two spots Africa East and Central Asia, as they do not interfere.
Yet the two spots meet in parts of Europe and other continents.
I don't know how it is in other areas, but because 11544 H,51428.5/6, 11545 H, and 45000 have about the same frequency, I can't hope for more than a trace signal, mainly since I "hunt" it with a small antenna.
Here is what the two spots look like at two different times: the first is from last year, and the previous is taken today.
And yet, although you can't see 10984 H on the spectrum, this morning, I managed to lock it and watch TV services with the 6909x card and neumoDVB.
It's impressive what
@deeptho managed to do with this card under Linux, with a signal at the limit of reception. That's not possible on Windows.
