hmmm ... Hopper's "thingy" looks almost world war 2 vintage to me .....

All that early "radar" type stuff was black, as it went in bomber aircraft.

I would love one of these,

I wanted to do a computer mod whereby i put a computer into an unusual or iconic object (to make it interesting) However i have decided that i will only attempt this if the object i am using is not operational. I couldnt bring myself to strip down whatever i choose if it still worked.

Also, shame you are so far away, still, there is always the tip or carboot

Thanks, the tip would be the last resort, I would rather give them away as they are probably more useful to somebody than landfill propping up a new Prescott housing development .
