For curiosity's sake I shifted Carl another few degrees to look at 58W ..
As expected this is much more difficult and it may be that Carl doesn't track the arc perfectly at such extremes.
Having said that I have locked 61W in ku plus a couple of European beams from EchoStar at 63/64W
So more likely just a lack of gain issue from such a small dish at low elevation in C band
Only 1 transponder locked in H
4040 sr 26590 fec 1/2 NRK mux fta 2.7db
but Christina only locked 4
Vertical scan Christina 7 transponders
Vertical scan Carl ..sadly none.
So to conclude ..58W in the UK is still the sole domain of the BUD
Not my Christina of course ..
She's Big and she's a Dish..but I can't call her Ugly.
