It might be worth noting that Badr-6 is now in an inclined orbit of 0.43 degrees.
Any frequencies that are increasing and decreasing in signal level might not be tests from Badr-8 but could still be from Badr-6?

Is there an official list from Arabsat of the downlink frequencies for Badr-8 to check that they match up to what is thought to be from Badr-8?

Well, I leave here the graphs of what I can catch here in the Azores where the differences I notice since the entry of Badr-8 are in the frequencies 11919 H which has improved the signal and 12563 V which I never caught and now I do. At frequencies 12284 V and 12303 H I lost around 3db.

Thank you for sharing your screen grabs. The night time picture of local area looks very nice.
I have put together a list of the new frequencies found by both you and @william-1 and will take some measurements later and probably upload a table with my scan results.
