Inmarsat GX5 is almost stationary according TLE, near 80.4°E now without inclination and slowly drifting East. Possibly towards 83.5°E that has an Inmarsat slot registration, Inmarsat 5F4 was already there in 2017 for testing.
Tiba-1 inclination down to 0.5°, still orbiting the whole earth but shouldn't take too long either to reach destination.
Inmarsat GX5 spent the typical 3 months at 83.8°E, to reserve that slot. Some sources say 11°E will be the operational slot, to serve Europe & Middle East. But now GX5 is already near 5°E, still drifting 2.5°/day. Maybe going for another slot reservation, like 15.5°W that was abandoned in Feb 2019 when Inmarsat-3 F2 reached end-of-life.
