Just a question,why the name Arqiva? sounds likee bad Spanish,should be Arquiva.

Interesting that this shown up on 9E. It was assumed that these feeds would be turned off now there are duplicates on 28E but it appears to be a backup that won't be leaving yet

It is surprising, the D1 Scotland version has also appeared on 28.2°E of course, but with it being on 9°E too it does seem like they want to keep that position as a backup. The BBC National mux feed on the same transponder on 4.8 then 9°E was removed a good while ago, now being 28.2°E only.

I guess you've mixed up PIDs, SDL National is PID 1063.

Yes they can, you just have to manually set those three PIDs to decode as HE-AAC. It's three HE-AAC mono streams (24kbps) to feed TalkSport's medium wave transmitters. Each is a different regional version for the adverts (one of the reasons that 1053/1089 sound horrendous at night with the different versions mixing!)

I understand your scrupulousness, but I don't understand why you think I mixed PIDs.
You must know that these DAB lists, like the ones you (re)posted, are generated by the application and cannot be arranged by the user.
And then, what's the point of editing those lists when the app is ready to generate them?

I meant you've mixed up PIDs because SDL National always is carried on PID 1063, it is not on 1065 (as you wrote). It is the new D1 Scotland (although labeled as D1 National) on PID 1065.
It is not about the channels order in each particular ensamble.

Hi,
As I just mentioned in other threads, I would like to receive these DAB+ feeds but firstly I must learn how to get them.
I ABSOLUTELY have no linux experience, nothing.
My goal is to use my enigma2 receiver (Dreambox DM920) to listen to these radio feeds.
So I would need a step-by-step guide beginning at the starting point and explaining ALL steps using the simplest words and examples.
No one written such guide, never. Maybe it could be useful for other users obviously, not only for me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I installed all file needed in my Octagon SF8008, Openvix 6.6 image (do not use the DM920 for testing as it is my main receiver): eti-tools, tsniv2ni and dabstreamer. All seems ok, no errors during the installation.
So I tuned the transponder at 9 East, 11727V SR 30000, looking for the italian DAB mux (PID 7131).
Then I transfered my settings in Dreamset and got the Service Reference from a channel.
After connecting the box with Putty, I launched the following command to grab the station list:

wget 127.0.0.1:8001/<Service Reference> -q -O- | tsniv2ni 7131 | ni2out --list
But the box returns the following errors:

ERROR: Can't read from file in 0 loop, total read: 0
Sometimes I have no errors, but Putty remains idle without going back to the command prompt, so I'm forced to close the application dropping the connection with the receiver.
I read that such PID modification in the setting editor could be needed before grabbing the list, but I'm not sure.
Anyone could clarify this point please? What must I do in Dreamset? Thanks.
PS: Please do not consider Dreamboxedit, I'm not able to use it due to Dreamboxedit limitation with screen readers.

You must "add" the data chanel in lamedb using a text editor (notepad++ i.e.).
For example search for the channel "MUSEUM HD" which is in the same transponder:

copy it, paste it and the you should modify it like this:

where:
035c = Service ID of the "data" channel
c:031ffff = PCR pid (maybe not necessary)
c:151b77 = the desired data pid (c:15 means data pid and 1b77 is the data pid in hex (7031 dec))

Save, send to the box, reboot and then you can retry your command:

@EnoSat, yes Dreamset saves data pid correctly, but the issue seems the receiver.
@cirio70, thank you so much for your very clear advice.
Tuning the transponder, the receiver loaded itself two data channels called "Italian Radio DAB 1" and "Italian Radio DAB 2" respectively.
And lamedb was exactly as you posted other than the PID that was f40 instead of c:151b77 (or c:151bdb for the second feed).
So it was very easy to modify the file replacing f40 with the right value, and deleting all the remaining unuseful channels.
Doing so, I obtained this file:

Forgot to say that when Putty does stop in a idle-like situation, pressing ctrl+C it returns back to the command line prompt.
No more errors, but no station list either.
But the problem is surely the box, not the lamedb. I must solve this problem now.

Solved!!
My mistake was uploading the entire setting from Dreamset to the box once modified.
Instead, I made a simple text copy/paste from the lamedb just modified to the lamedb into the box.
Here are all my operations.
First, I stopped enigma2:

Then I made copy/paste in the lamedb file.
Finally I restart enigma2

init 3

Done!! I have the station list.
These was just my first step, now going to the next one.

PS: How can I grab the station list in a text file when sent from the box in the Putty screen?

Just tested but it does not work.
No errors, but the text file is not created.
Also tested adding a specific drive path in the command line but nothing. Bad luck.

can't you simply copy and paste the putty output? I use windows terminal with telnet and i copy the text and i paste it in a text editor....
