I can not answer for sure if the german public broadcasters Mediatheken (video platforms) are accessible from your location since someone has to test it but they should be with a cheap VPN provider by changing into german IP if necessary.
Apart from that I recommend you to take a look at this program: MediathekView
It's working like a search engine for any german and even austrian and german speaking swiss public broadcaster production that is still available on their Mediathek.
But even here if it is blocked for your country's ip you will need a VPN provider to bypass it.
Further on prefer the DTH reception from 19.2E which offers better bitrates compared to the Mediatheken stuff which has to be seen as complementary. And some productions will never be available online or just a short time and then deleted. Therefore even we residing in Germany prefer to record it by using DVB-T2/C/S2 as the most reliable source of all.
Finishing I would like to express that this thread should be for fringe reception reports which unfortunately are missing for a long time.
So folks at the fringe of its beams please make some posts.

Thank you very much !Now I understand Mediathek is what we call "replay" in france ,and Arte has a very user-friendly system.Thereby we seem to get many of the best German public Tv's programmes already, with the French/German language option always available.
Only,no trace of Babylon Berlin,I am surprised to see this series is not exported on mainstream media, outside the German speaking areas.
