Your guess is as good as ours. The best answer we can give is "eventually"

Just tp distract you briefly from the boring (to us in Cyprus) 1N chat, we can get some ITVs and CH4s on 12.402V and 12.480V .Does anyone know if these transmissions are safe for the time being ?

ITV will be removing some regions from this TP soon as they are closing four 'micro regions' down. It's likely the remaining regions will migrate to other, now, 1N transponders. As for C4, they are also likely to migrate in the coming Months. Out of interest, will a FSFS (or 'churned' Sky subscription card) open up these C4 Irish variants??

They have done for me in the past. and is doing so at the moment.
But the Irish E4 and M4 require a Sky subscription card.

Cheers, I'll give the TP parameters to my aunt in the Canaries so she can enjoy C4 whilst it lasts!

Signal strength changes, although the howls of outrage from the Cypriots is also a good clue :D

What howling or outrage from Cypriots are you on about?
I find your attitude on this matter rather offensive. This is not your first post in this context..
Is there a particular reason for your insulting manner?

Well I am getting them 24/7 on my 80cm dish, where as before some of the channels (Film4 for example) were going off at 7pm on my 1.8m dish!

Mind you , the C4 on 10714 h does seem to be a bit weak mid afternoon, with a bit of pixelation for about an hour or so.

Hi,

10,744 H,the Irish transponder,10,862 H,The Disney one and 10,921,10,936 V have migrated to 1N from 2D overnight...All that's left now are the BBC transponders by my reckoning.

[SUP]Looks like only the BBC TPs remain on 2D as the Sky TPs that were on 2D have also switched to 1N - (10744H, 10862H, 10876V, 10921H and 10936V).[/SUP]

Are all these using spotbeams or is there any (ie the Disney ones) on pan-European beams?

Its not looking good, BBC remaining on 2D. Could it be staying there all alone
