Great launch, pity we didn't see a bit more on the real time commentary front.

Off to bed now, I'll check in the morning on progress, guess separation will occur 0750 BST, no doubt ILS will issue a press release for confirmation.

So the launch went successful, am I right?

So far so good, everything proceeding as expected so far. - its a 9 hour mission though before 2E separation.

Not watched a live launch before and found it very interesting. Must be amazing for those involved in the development and manufacturing of their "baby" and watching it launching into space knowing there are so many things that can go wrong.
Must admit that if his bow tie did spin it would have made it more interesting!!
Hopefully all goes well.

Watch an Ariane5 sometime - the coverage is MUCH superior.

You don't move fast on the M62 in the morning, I pulled in at Harshead Services near Bradford to catch the final few mins prior to separation.

We're just waiting for ILS to post something, it seems their site is delayed by a bit.. I'll check-in again in about an hour once I've arrived at my destination.
