I was just reading some old SES publicity PDFs and noticed 2F was launched almost exactly a year before 2E.
Astra 2F: Launched 28th Sept 2012
Astra 2E: Launched 29th Sept 2013
Astra 2F: Officially started commercial operations 21st Nov 2012
Astra 2E: 22nd Nov 2013? ;)
Depends on the day of the week. Update is once every 24 hours, and the TLE's are several hours old when that update is done. And there are no updates over the weekend. If you want to know exactly look at the TLE.Are these TLE's the latest updates or are they half a day or so old once they are updated on n2y0's website?

In bold, first 2 figures are the year, and the rest is the day of the year and fraction of the same in UTC.
2F Testing started around 10 Oct 12.
If like for like, we might have action around 13th - a week Sunday
