it should be up for tests and power by or about 15 nov 2012.
lynsat does not even conver anything on 2f as of yet.

Has anyone any idea when 2f will be moved to its intended position?? - AFAICS thats the only time any real testing wil be of any value to most people!!
@park gate satellite it 43.5e not 15e
What makes you think that is the spot beam? I think you should look at the tests at 11035H. These were also done on 1N and they were the spot beam.If #529 was a UK beam then how is it likely to change when 2F goes to 28E?
If you watch these signals in real time you would see they are up and down like a yoyo. And I mean literally as fast as a yoyo. The difference between my reports and the others is that mine are time lapse so only show the strongest signal any transponder has sent during the entire test period. The rest of the report are just a sweep of the band and just show what was active for a split second, and the power level at that time.I find it hard to believe they switched from high to low power so are we looking at a switch from PE to UK beam?

it start from from 43.5e to 28.2e from 15-20 november
1N started testing at 2ºE on the 19 August, and had it first transponder switched on at 28ºE on the 22 October.i find it very hard to think they will spend ANOTHER TWO or THREE weeks testing .... O-no at 43e
