Yes, that's correct. But first transponder at 28ºE was switched on on 22 October. So one month from end of testing to first transponder. I'm not saying it will be the same for 2F, but I'm sure it will be at least 2 weeks.

From what I remember of other satellites, from arrival time to position, to switch on of first transponder, there's usually no more than a few days.

2f maybe not finish signal on 43.5e
it need open dvbs or dvbs2 signal like 1n was 2e

Channel 4 and a copy of Sky's 12402V Txp were the two first testing on 1N, I would presume once 2F gets to 28.2E SES or a UK Teleport will uplink something on to two Transponders, one PE and one Spot to test both beams and perform final tweaks.

My estimations based on what I've been told about 2F getting to 28.2E is that they will probably finish testing it next weekend, around the 10th but lets wait and see.

Which dish is that? Got +7dB here on that one. Much stronger transponders further up. Screenshot from some time between 1-2pm UTC.

Please G*d it is on its way to 28.2E. I really want to know what the reception reports for the real footprints are going to look like.
