The tracking sites are not live tracking - its just an extrapolation taken from the previous movement

The apparent easterly drift will cease when the tle (Two Line Elements - used for tracking programmes) is updated.

In-orbit tracking only works properly on stuff that is not manoeuvred. As soon as those thrusters are fired the system breaks down.

Ah, ok. Many thanks for the clarification provided. I see that http://www.satellite-calculations.com/Satellite/Catalog/catalogID.php?40364 have caught up and now show it at 43.5°E!!

Again two carriers at the same time as yesterday:12594 V and 12736 V,8000,3/4,dvb-S2,the last is not on Astra 2G(but who knows}
@hvdh,what do you think?There are tests on Astra 1F?Both carriers left at the same time also.

Today a carrier at 12594 V together with 12736 V 8000
Yesterday a carrier at 12474 V together with 12665 V 8000

For sure, Astra 1F can not transmit above 12.5 GHz, but somehow the Astra 1F transponders with SR 8000 get involved!
Since you say they always leave together, there must be some unintended mixing going on.
But I have no clue yet where and how (at the uplink, or at your place).
Next time you see such things above 12.5 GHz, maybe look what 2G test carrier is active at that time?

In the case of the two groups of transponders we're talking about I couldn't notice that other carriers to be active in this band.What should be noted is the fact that they have a signal strength less than the others.

Confirm all of these 2 posts, also 1F 12486 V 8000 with over 20 dB S/N like the other three of 1F.
Your catches above 12.5 GHz remain a mystery to me...
So far, see only the usual peaks of either Turksat of Intelsat 12.

The two transponder setting above 12.5 GHz are not on satellites to which you refer.I have not moved antenna from 43.5E and yet they have left the satellite.Who knows,Astra is now able to do tests on both satellites on whole band.In fact transponders on F1 were in the tests for a long time... Could make them problems now for tests to 2G ?

Catches in 43'5ºEast/Las pescas en 43'5ºEste.

Many signs and of short duration, very strong and others very very weak.
Muchas señales y de corta duracion, unas muy fuertes y otras muy muy debiles.
