Yes, that frequency (11386 V 27500) is very stable and in my area it remains stable throughout the day. But, the good news is that ITV opened a transponder at 11386 V 27500 on Astra 2E. Works fine here. I can't get the HD's on 2G and 2F except Channel 5 (different symbolrate) at my location despite the big dish.
In order to tune in to the frequency 11344 H 27500 (2F) I have to move the antenna a little to the right, looking at the antenna from behind, but I lose the signal from the BBC channels on the frequencies 10818 V and 10847 V.
For 2E U.K. and 2G U.K. I don't have to fine tune the HD frequencies I get.
