Good stuff, i'm out of service with C-band at the moment on the 2.2 PF due to having a Ku scalar feed and small pll Ku lnb residing in the throat to look at some low level Ku signals :Y .

The old mux at 4581 L was with FEC of 5/6 requiring around 9.4dB for a lock. From your screen grab the new mux has FEC of 2/3 requiring 6.6db for a lock. The new mux might now be in the scope of the small dish men subject to LNB availability?

Yesterday's tests on the 40.5W extended C-Band frequency of 4581L, SR30000 were with a DVB card and DVB Dream. Today I tested the frequency with an E2 receiver (Edision Nino Pro) using some user defined LNB settings in a ViX image.

Thanks go to forum member "Huevos" for updating the ViX blind scan plugin some time ago so that it would operate correctly with an inverted C-Band LNB.

Attached below are some pictures that present the ViX settings used and also a few pictures from some of the 8 channels in the 4581L mux. I hope the pictures are of interest or that they have some amusement value.

Of the 8 channels on the 4581 L frequency of 40.5 West, I uploaded screen grabs from 5 of them in my above post. I have attached below screen grabs from another two of them (Hello and Clubhino). The only one missing a screen grab is the "Entreter" channel.

No sorry - - have kept an eye on it for the last four days or so but has not produced anything as yet. The last time i saw activity on this frequency was for 'Speedcast' tests ID. It does drop carrier every so often but then returns.

This is totally different than what is listed on Lyngsat and Flysat. Apparently no-one of the contributers is able to update that.
Could you send me your lamedb?

We need "subman" to get sorted out, that 3.7m of his will rip these easy enough if he has line of sight. I think he said he might have 70.0E to 60.0W arc?

The only import I can give you heading west is I used to watch stuff on Panam sat at 45 west but I could also see what ever was on 60 west before my neighbours fence gets in the way . But all this is over 25 - 30 years ago to put it in a time line I was watching Premiere tv on 27 Intelsat VA F11 (27.5 degrees West) Sorry cant give you any info until every thing is up and running again . But every thing has been ordered just waiting to hear back if this
Ku-Band Quad Multiband LNB from SCOPUS will work with my receiver using the simple 22Khz switch will do the job of switching between low and High band . Then I might be able to help you out its a pity the guy who installed my system had a 6m on a 2 jack system with a view of the whole belt but there must be others who have large dishes .

Unless you have a C-Band Extended LNB that covers the frequency range of 4500 - 4800 MHz you will not be able to receive any of the C-Band signals in the extended range that are the subject of this topic. General C-Band LNB's do not cover this frequency range, you need a model that covers the range.
