Try to call Fransat and give your card number to see what's happen in a few minutes after, if it's legal ! You forget something, called "licence" !

We cannot help you if you fail to understand basic concepts in civil and criminal law.

I will not have committed a criminal offence if I called Fransat and explained what I was doing.

Clearly you are either unwilling to understand, or lack comprehension.
