New question. I just discovered that there are 2 types of adapters. They are not positioned at the same distance from the feedhone. Which one is the correct one to use on my 1m20?

Try both and see which performs better. The lower one would move the feed horn closer to the dish face which in my experience is beneficial.

The upper one is not correct.p, where did you get it from ?

Check for the'forward' mark on the plastic. And follow the moulding patterns

I agree @Channel Hopper
I don't remember where I got this adapter ...
It has been in my boxes for 20 years ...
I know it comes from a CM 1m20 and was used with the same feed horn in the photo.
On the photo it is positioned following the mark "FORWARD", it can only be placed there.

The weather should be good this weekend. I should be able to install the antenna and do the tests.

It does look as though it is designed for a different purpose, Channel Master / Andrew may have been selling reflectors without feeds, designed for 20mm LNBF installations.

Or perhaps part of a twin boom adapter ?

After some research i'm not able to find the solution.

Well, wall mount in place, next weekend.
I hope to have time next week to install the fixed Channel Master.
I could advance on the other motorized CM.

Hi all,
I found a solution for the two missing bush oilite flange.

1615230424534.png

I found this plastic ring and because the dish will be fixe, it will be enough.

thumbnail_IMG_6019.jpg

And to block the polar mount i found this solution and the back bolt can be use to move left and right for a fine tune.

thumbnail_IMG_6020.jpg

Ready fot this weekend ! :D

Does the plate you added (with the azimuth fine tune) make it difficult to loosen/tighten the upper nut on the elevation bolt?

Good question, Yes my test show that it will be a little bit hard.
I will bent and cut this parts before the final installation.
