DM800HD, DM7000 80GB HD with Asus WL330 wifi + 2GB usb drive, Skystar2.3, 2.2m Kinhuge Dish with Inverto LNB and Invacom ADF-120 feedhorn. Pace 1.3.25 and 80cm for Sky.

Lot, Dordogne, Correze border.
If the LNB isn't perfectly centred then you'll get one sidelobe in each plane, one signal from the majority of the dish and another from the remaining part of the dish. Can you raise the elevation of the dish to point at the sun and then do the mirror trick?

Get 3 or4 very small mirrors, stick them on the face of the dish, point the dish at the sun and the reflections should converge on the focal point of the dish. This is where the feedhorn should be. The feedhorn at this point should cast a shadow directly over the centre of the dish.

We are talking sun, and Berkshire.

Besides, the reflector for the microwaves in these panels is about 3mm inside the surface, making optical measurements open to compound error on this type of dish.

garg ......did you read post 390 ? You may need to build a frame to hold the petals at the back of the dish, to stop the petals from falling flat ?
