Aren't you happy for me? First time on top - although I am the last one from my family to do so.

P.S. Where did this Mecheda pop up from??? My god, he played like a seasoned international. If he continues with his development, what a prospect...

Macheda looks very, very good in a United shirt....

I would hold fire on the league table until tomorrow night, assist points can be changed during the 24 hours after the final game of a Gameweek, so with it being so close it could still change even after all the games have finished!!! It is exciting stuff though, I mean even though there seems to be a top 6, it would only take for someone down to Booshank to have a great two weeks to break in.

Yeah I know, I will enjoy it while it lasts. Have already sent messages to s_g who is on holiday in Greece. If he continues like this he will have the shame of being relegated a season after winning it :0

S_G is letting the REDs down :D You can't fault him for effort though, he's made more transfers than a Newcastle manager on steriods!

Definitely squeeky bum time.... I've already had that, I've had a s*** season :D

I can see that Salty your even behind me, every time I transfer in a decent player he does not even play one match and then he gets injured in training or on international duty

I was willing Ronaldo not to score (didn't mind if the others did), as I knew you red boys were relying on him.:)

What is interesting are the transfer penalties for this weekend:

Satellites RED (T_G) - 1 transfer = 0 penalty points
Satellite Screwballs (rolfw) - 2 t = 4 pp
RED United (T_G Jnr) - 3 t = 8 pp
Mucho Calor Huy (mhku) - 1 t = 0 pp
Toontastic (malcolm) - 1 t = 0 pp

Arsenal toiled in Spain, Porto snatched a late equaliser at Old Trafford, Barca destroyed Bayern and Chelsea triumphed in Liverpool as the stars of Europe got closer to their final destination of Rome.

In the UniSat Champions League, Donkeytown have taken top spot back from AFPL champions Rasta Boys, but the big news is that their duopoly of the pinnacle of the competition of over as current SupaLiga leader T_G and his Satellites RED team are now just 4pts off the pace.

Little movement elsewhere, as Dynamo and Winning Eleven swap places once more.

Mucho Calor Huy sit on top of league tonight, having started the day in 4th. mhku has yet to complete a Gameweek in 1st, much like T_G until last weekend, whose Satellites RED team are currently down to 2nd.

Screwballs also fell down in the standings today, rolfw is now 4th. RED United remain in 3rd overnight, and Toontastic is also stationary in 5th.

However, all of mhku's players have already played on Saturday, so everyone will be able to make ground on the Huys in Sunday's game, Aston Villa versus Everton and Man City against Fulham.

Lol, wish I could have that luck :D Mind you, I think your luck has run out already in the Premier League, although a 13pt lead for mhku hardly stands him in good stead beyond next weekend if this season is anything to go by. Right now, it honestly wouldn't surprise me if even kreacher managed to claw his way back into it, two great weekends seems to be enough!

Well you're in a goodish position, but only another great weekend will give you some breathing space, so it's all to play for!

SupaLiga Preview

Just 6 Gameweeks remain, so current leader mhku will be hoping for a big score this week to get daylight between Mucho Calor Huy and a chasing pack that arguably goes as low down as Creatures, occupying 8th place as it stands. 4 points seperate 2nd, 3rd and 4th - Satellites RED, RED United and Satellite Screwballs. Norm and his Donkeytown team are hanging on to 5th, and the last Champions League place, by a single point from Toontastic, managed by malcolm.

RED United have regained top spot today after losing it at the start of the month, but with only 3 points seperating T_G's son and the two teams below him, and half the games still to be played including those featuring the 'Big 4', it is only half-time as it were and anything can happen before Wednesday night.

Toontastic as also taken back 5th place from Donkeytown.

An 8 goal European classic at Stamford Bridge saw Chelsea defeat Liverpool to set-up a semi against Barcelona, the only non-English team left in the competition as Man United and Arsenal meet in yet another all-English Champions League semi-final.

In the UniSat Champions League, SupaLiga have taken control of the competition with Donkeytown scoring an almighty 63 points to go top of the standings. Fellow SL teams Satellites RED and Dynamo Sol went up 1 place each to 2nd and 3rd.

Winning Eleven were also elevated a place as AFPL champions Rasta Boys could only manage 37pts and dropped down 3 places, and possibly out of the running, as a result.
