Nope - they have both appeared on V tp

the ITV timeshift tests:

What will be ITV2 +1 -- 10076 - 10760V 22000 5/6 - currently showing ITV 2
What will be ITV3 +1 -- 10261 - 10904V 22000 5/6 - currently showing ITV 3. Neither are currently timeshifted.

MKTV (Milton Keynes TV will be launching a second channel - it will be an auction channel. They also have plans to launch a shopping channel at a later date..

The main channel is still expected to launch Q1 2007

There may be a Portuguese tourism channel coming to Sky. This from the WotSat website:

Channel Portugal to launch in 2007
A new satellite TV channel will be launched in the second quarter of 2007 for the international market from Faro in Portugal. Called Portugal Channel, the service's main goal will be to promote Portugal as a holiday and leisure destination, as well as a country with innovative companies. The programme schedule will be mostly made up of reports and documentaries promoting national tourism, with special emphasis on golf, art, design, wine and fashion. The new channel will be broadcast in English, free-to-air, via satellite throughout Europe, as well as globally on the Internet. Negotiations are currently underway for cable carriage and, possibly, carriage on Sky in the UK.

Recently launched Eat Cinema are obviously struggling - much of the cinema related programming is to be jettisoned, and teleshopping & girlie chat is to take over most of the primetime/daytime hours from November 1st

2am - 8am: Eat Cinema programming
8am - 8pm: "Day Chat" ("Talk to our girls about anything you like!")
8pm - 11pm: Teleshopping
11pm - 2am: The Great Big British Quiz
