They say the need £50k a month to keep going, but in July have only had £17k come in

I have heard of organisations seeking funds but this is the first time I have heard of an organisation seeking to seek funds from Sikhs!

SKy expect to start a 3D channel in 2010. It will only be available to HD boxes, and will require a "3D ready TV".

Investors are looking at providing the south of Scotland with a decent local TV service. There is much disssatisfaction with the combined ITV1 Border/Tyne Tees service - as the Borders gets marginalised....

With all the additional sports rights ESPN has picked up they have decided not to scrap ESPN America.

ESPN will launch onto 417
ESPN America will move 417 - 430

ESPN America will move out of its temporary home in the News and Events basic mix and become part of the ESPN additional subscription service

Costs:

-Sky Sports subscribers can upgrade to receive ESPN America and also receive ESPN & ESPN HD for £9 per month
-Sky Customers can upgrade to receive ESPN America and also receive ESPN & ESPN HD for £12 per month

*ESPN HD available to Sky + HD customers
