Yes Martin, all good here, very busy with the cb repairing, busy at work too, and plenty of garden diy to do this summer, not to mention my extensive photography expeditions....(see flickr pages)... All the best mate.

Took the family to Shoreham today as it was sunny, and found this washed up on the beach.

Any idea what it is/they are ?

As no-one else seems to post in here I'll put a few more up. Heres the floods a mile down the road in January 2005
Here's typical danish beech-forest in May.
This was taken almost exactly two years ago (11/5-2013), but the forest looked remarkably similar today.
(and on an el-cheapo mobile phone - high reso but crap lens and sensor, but it's a matter of capturing the moment...)

I did think about buying a peacock a few months ago, but decided against it, my garden is not big enough and I am sure it would have dug it up,

You could lock the spade away.

As promised elsewhere, here's the first wave of Avian (chiefly) pics from our recent holiday near Lorca in Murcia (Spain)

We were honoured to have a family of Long Eared Owls - Two Adults plus three babies - lurking in the False Pepper Trees surrounding our Casita.

And here's the first of two batches of other Birds (Chiefly) seen on our travels.

Owing to us being ill-equipped amateurs, most of them will need viewers to magnify muchly - but the rewards are considerable.
