Love Lizards.

Bit strange not also being keen on snakes, though.

Only difference is legs.

Mrs Ponti spotted this one a few days ago. From a distance it looked like a magpie.
It has started coming to the food tray today.
Managed to get a close up. It looks like a blackbird.

We had one of those in the bathroom during our recent Tuscany hol.

It's a Scutigerid.

And they bite!

Thank you for finding out what they are.

I can confirm they do bite, or at least something else in the room ravaged me whilst sleeping.

Never thought of that.It will be a first for me if it is.

Looks like a Blackbird with Partial Albinism or Leucism

Sorry to disappoint, but it certainly isn't a Cuckoo :(

Getting a bit active around here.Another one, a mouse this time.I have a field mouse in the shed that I do not mind.Is this a house mouse. This tray is handy it is only about 15'from where I sit under the big brolly.I look like having to put it onto a pole to keep the mice of it.

Looks like a wood mouse, has larger ears and head than a house mouse.

A batch of images taken from an excursion to Hayling island late last week, just before the weather closed in.
