OpenBox X5 on a 1 meter motorized dish.
And now a 10 foot "C" band dish.

Deep in the Boonies in the central Sierra Nevada mountains of California.
And tell NASA that they have a speeding ticket waiting for them when they show up.

Exceeding planetary speed limit of 25,000 MPH by 5,000 MPH, fine if not paid in 65 months is equal to 34 plutoians*, with a penalty of 4.5 PL's per month. (these are Plutoian months** not Earth month's)

*One Plutoian is equal to 45 pounds of Earth gold.....Or 6 Earth Sea Bass.....(We have no Fish here, but lots of Gold)
**One Plutoian month is equal to 24.8 Earth years......So they have some time.
