Has anyone tried tuning 19E 10993.75H SR-23500 ?

Fake News.
Not NS3/NS4 based on spectrum or EBS Pro.
SR registers as 22000 not 23500 in EBS Pro and same as listed on Flysat.

11023 H is not an NS3/NS4 transmission and is not in S2X. Checked on Windows and Linux.

11023 H I checked with 3 cards with S2X extension, and none found parameters in S2X.
And another thing, as far as I know, transmissions in NS3/NS4 (proprietary system) are not found by standard S2X DVB cards, like the ones most of us use. This means that our cards cannot lock the signal.
What clues did you find that led you to the conclusion that this mux is S2X?

Have you tried a DVB-S2 card without X extension, for example TBS5925
That's why I asked about Novelsat with a purchased S2X license
Each TBS card behaves differently, also the Transponder Bitrate at 8PSK 23500 3/4 should be around 53 Mbps, not 5 Mbps

I don't have 5925 at hand, but I think 5927, which, as we know, does not have the S2x extension, is also valid for the demonstration.
I checked with this USB 11023 H, and as you can see, the signal was locked with parameters in DVB-S2.

In Theory it could be possible to demodulate NS3/NS4 with a SDR, maybe not live because of the high datarate and a SDR which has a high bandwidth would be necessary, perhaps some tuner/demod chips would already be able to handle this.

There are already procects like leansdr or gr-dvbs2rx
It's just necessary to extend the MODCODS and RollOff factors used by NS3/NS4

It is the usual NS3 6 channel mux for the PGA, two are FTA, four are encrypted in biss.
