Having a few issues getting my config files right, so not sure which way is correct at the moment lol.

Twin tuner:can I program each tuner to different satellites?
Ex:Tuner 1: Astra2 28E
Tuner 2: Astra 19E &Hotbird 13E on a monoblock; additional satellites
Or: will both tuners carry identical lists?

Both tuners will carry identical lists based on your satellites.xml file.
However, when you go into the tuner settings for each tuner you can select which satellites are configured and which are not configured per tuner.

Only the configured satellites for each tuner will be active to allow scanning and reception.

1.2m CM dish with elevation jack, Supermount 1224 H-H rotator, Octagon SX88+, DR.HD D15, GT Media Combo, Ku PLL LNB, C Band: Titanium C1W-PLL, Ka Band: XMW R9216AF with FD9000 feedhorn, Inverto Saorsat LNB and Inverto Ka/Ku LNB . Zone 2 dish pointing at 28E with Octagon SF8008.

I'm still running on OPENatv 6.3 which is what it came with. Mostly I use mine for the equivalent of Freesat and Freeview-a job it does well. The modified driver is present in mine and it allows you to lock lower symbol rates as used on QO-100 [Es'hails2 @ 25.9E] down to 333ks/s.

Great, so you can listen to a handleful of radio channels in Arabic, nothing else. No TV channels on symbol rates that low.

The low symbol rate activity I receive is from Es'hail2 between10.491Ghz and 10.500Ghz. To receive these DATV signals, I have modified a Goobay 67269 Ku band LNB. This is a PLL LNB with a 25mhz reference crystal. I have replaced the 25mhz crystal with a 24mhz crystal from Farnell which makes the lower LO around 9.4ghz. This brings the DATV activity above 950mhz for my SF8008. See QO-100 / Es'hail-2 Wideband Spectrum Monitor for more information.

Hi,
with its twin brother (the Uclan Ustym 4K Pro) I was able to receive a programme with a SR of 250
and a videobyte of 322

hi guys, I want to buy this receiver, I have a few questions. do I only need it to watch 4:2:2 feeds with the help of biss keys or do I need something else from the equipment. does the default firmware have the option to enter biss keys?Thanks

It does not display 4:2:2, but it can stream it to a PC or TV.
DefineOS allows manual entry, import from USB or online download of
Enigma2 keys either from a file or manually a little complicated with the help of a plugin

I'm experiencing a strange issue with my SF8008. The power LED on the front of the receiver turns to red from blue once I move satellites using USALS. The dish moves to the satellites fine and I've checked the LED on the motor and its solid green but yet the box LED turns to red. It goes back to blue if I restart the box but will occur again once I move satellite. The error log is empty.

Edit: Going back to the default skin looks like it resolves it. Very strange!
