The mount is super secure as I've driven 4 bolts in 3 legs straight through the metal frame into the concrete, I'm still going to pop some slabs on top just to finish it off. Should get those next week.

I was going to make a concrete pad for the 4th leg but honestly I ran out of concrete... Probably would have been overkill anyway.

... I do like that 'Quick Fit' idea for dropping the reflector onto the king post - a very nice bit of quality kit :Y

Yes it was very easy. Putting the Raven on the SSS mount is so much trickier, you almost have to raise the elevation so it becomes a horizontal table, i found thats the best way to do it.

Well the feedarm is on but I've hit a snag.

When I went to collect the dish the guy did say it had no LNB which I said was fine as I would be putting an optical one on anyway... It would appear that meant it also has no KU LNB mount.... Opps!

This feed bracket is the part I don't have.. It has an item code ( 611678302C ) so I'll have a check on ebay but may have to email Skyware

Alternatively I could try make one, it's just a bit of metal with some holes.. Will try find the dimensions online.

Wierdly.. I do have this, its possible its not even part of the Dish I bought as my Garage is a mess but it was in the same pile, but as you can see it doesn't seem to fit anywhere.

.. Ouch - - that is a bugger !. If that kit was mine , being the quality it is, i would bite the bullet and order one without hesitation. Extra £ outlay i know but well worth it. You never know - one of the lads on here might have one in a shed doing nowt :Y

Aye I've emailed a few vendors, trouble is it's sold with the KU OMT feed which will be the most expensive part, probably be tricky to ask for just a small part of it. We'll see.

Meanwhile I am seeing if I can find dimensions because I may actually try 3D print it....

.. yet another bugger !.
Iv'e not had dealings with the commercial Tx/Rx version but the spare bit does look like it's meant to be somewhere on the feed assembly due to it's paint colour and the same build quality as the rest. I'm sure there will be more informed people on here who will know.
Like the 3D print idea - if you could just borrow one as well to make a clone would be good.
If none of the above works out i can recommend fabricating something and use Rimants & A33's ref: chart for lnb positioning & illumination - i'm still in evaluation mode with my CM 1.8 reflector but i'm convinced the performance has increased.
Good luck with the remedy chap :Y

It looks like part of the locking system that would strap the bottom of the dish to the king post using a piece of metal bar.

Looking further (well, over a glass of wine after the Sunday roast), unless Channel Master equipment has been completely revised following the dismantling/acquisitions through Andrews/Raven/Skyware etc. , Ive not seen a diamond shaped feed arm system on the 184 series antenna before today.

Both the standard 0.8 and dual optics always rectangular section steel bracketry from backplate all the way up to the feed/second reflector. All use similar cross section material.

@mapperuo do not make thing more difficult (and expensive). I think you can make holder like this one. Yes, you will need to drill 6mm hole in the bottom feedarm, but then you will get possibility to adjust LNB in any position and direction.

Bit of nighttime research shows a couple different types of mount anyway

126377

126378

Looks fairly simple to recreate I just need to find the best height for the lnb, bit of trial and error I feel

make it adjustable, that will help you set the proper height later.
