Listings with contradictory, unbelievable or just downright "curious" statements should always approached with suspicion because many of these have been written by people for which "English english" is a 2nd or 3rd language!- Thus it may be wrong simply because they don't know the correct terminology -
or because they just copied it from another listing on the same site or elsewhere!
For example, I am currently looking at a tool chest with wheels on eBay and that says that it has 2x shelves (in the lower compartment) but the pictures appear to show only 1 shelf. Therefore I messaged the listee to confirm 2 shelves or only 1 - the reply I got didn't even refer to the shelves and mentioned only the general items that would be in the box if I bought it!
Frankly that listee, and many others, can't even read or write"English english" properly and so could not understand my question and so just copied what info he had on that toolbox!
Finally, in cases like some of these, the seller is maybe just writing what HE thinks YOU want to see -
and without any real regard to the truth!
