Lol option B looks like a good reason for a ladder, I am going to overhang the roof so it will be this type of ladder.

Hi, a quick update, the ladder is made and fitted one side of the roof has plywood installed and a few of the roof sheets fitted, ive also bought a used but nice conservatory suite for the SH,

The wife's searching eBay for curtains, and I am choosing a tv and a tv projector:).

Laminas 1.2M fibre dish with an IBU, on a Clarke Tech USALS motor, covering 57E - 24.5W to an Octagon SX88. Displayed on a 20" Dyon LED TV.

Seperate 80 cm dish on 28E with a Humax Freesat for SWMBO.
Free Sat V8 meter. Sony Bravia 46" LCD, Sony BluRay and Home Cinema.

Hi. managed to get the all the roof on after the rain stopped late this afternoon, it was 9 o'clock by the time I had finished god knows what the neighbours thought grinding at 8.30 pm on a Sunday :-buttkick. hopefully get some of the loglap fitted tomorrow if it rains now I can work on the inside, lots to do inside now floor cavity wall pluming wiring etc etc.

It all looks very professional Martin but I suspect when the dish goes up your neighbours will be accusing you of being a Russian spy

Thanks T, its one of the things I do for a living so no excuse for it not looking professional, I have already been asked if I'm a Russian spy lol, my surrounding neighbours know its going up, I went round door to door before I applied for planning for the dish and asked if they had any objections and asked them to sign yes are no proposal for it, no one objected and I guess that went a long way to get the permission :)

Hi, I managed to get some cladding done today, a fair bit of it is cracked its expected with natural wood, I am choosing the places to use it and trying my best to use as little as possible but some has to go in, pictures below:).
