Well I do not run the league but I would not have thought it appropriate as you are not an 'active member' of the forum, you may have joined 4 years ago but have only made two posts to date both of them today, but as I said it is not my decision

I might not be an "active member" by leaving posts but I pass this way whenever I'm in search of a DM solution. The sites provided me with many an insight regarding my reciever. Have been a member 4 years now but I still regard myself as a newbie and just like reading issues others have and learning from them. Anyhow, whatevers meant to be will be!

It won't be that, it will simply be that Salty hasn't seen your request to join the league, probably closed membership after his post last week and if he wasn't aware of that request, would have no way of knowing that you are a member here.

You are now able to join, simply re-enter the code.

My fault, I only noticed the instruction regarding idendification after I was kicked from the League first time around.

The last season of the Premier League SupaLiga kicked off with this summer's World Cup winner, aamir007, in fine form, taking the top spot on the opening weekend. However, heavy wheeler-dealer* behaviour saw Batley plummit down the standings to a current position of 8th.

It seemed this had opened the door for two of last season's front-runners, me (Dynamo Sol) and mhku (Mucho Calor Huy), together with Topper's Tosser on the back of a fine Formula 1 season, to contest this month's award. And even going into this Sunday, it appeared my Dynamos were on course for the accolade. But such hope was premature, as a new competitor in the shape of buttzcool and Lickar Moor United entered the fray to steal my thunder and the glory.

stuzeeuk's Paraletic Athletic haven't got off to the best of starts in their defence of the title, although a top score on GW3 suggests better is to come. Another of the late arrivals, i-luv-manutd-, or as I shall refer to him (for ease of typing!) forthwith, Lover, has also upset the applecart by going straight into 5th with ILM

You can't join as it were, you had to qualify by finishing in the top 5 last season. I'm running the special Top Cup (see my earlier posts) to compensate for there being no qualifying positions as this is the last SupaLiga season.

I thought it was implicit that participation in SupaLiga (or Den League) was required for the Champions League. It wouldn't be fair to the other Champions League managers, or the other managers who finished so highly the previous season and are playing this season.
