Hello again Digis@t!
About the low SR, I can't receive here the two frequencies you mentioned (12660 V 477 DVB-S QPSK and 12661 V 555), they are at Astra 3A which is not receivable with a 1.10 meter dish in my region. But I have succesfully received various radio stations with ultra low SR at 15.8°E. I'm not sure if all of them are still there after the switch to Eutelsat W3C, but there are at least 2 or 3 radio stations with 334Ks right now. They are Radio 538 TNZ at 11070,H,334, a second one at 11071,H,334 and 100NL at 11072,H,334. I recorded today a video scanning and tuning on two of them with DVBDream 1.7a (payable edition) and TBS6925. You may find this video here:

Now, there are some special techniques to receive 12718,H,36510, it is not so straightforward. There are 4 transport streams in this frequency (a special case of the DVB-S2 standard, Multiple Transport Streams or MIS), and you need to lock on each one of them to receive the channels it carries. There are (at least) three different methods to do it with the TBS6925. The first one is described here:

The second one involves CrazyScan, TSReader and VLC. After you perform a blind scan on 12718 (left clicking on its peak) with CrazyScan, you select the appropriate stream (33, 34, 35 or 36) and you stream to TSReader and then to VLC. To switch to another stream you close TSReader, stop streaming and select the stream you want. I recorded a second video with this procedure, you may find it here:

The third option is the easiest. You only have to use a recent version of ProgDVB. It supports MIS internally (and TBS6925), so you only have to do a blind scan with it to find all channels...
