thanks remlap, how can this be achieved then please or is there a card that will do it better please ?.
It's a simple tick box in VLC, but its never been very good for me, VLC always stutters even with the CPU with Crazyscan. I often have to make note of the frequency, open up transedit and run it GPU there with DIVX since it handles H.264 4:2:2 better than ffdshow.

Wont be long till H.265 is in wider use, it's already in test on Astra 1, just when all my equipment was H.264 capable.

Yes, the AGP slot with key on the end if it's the card type you have.

Just checked the picture of the card - it's a PCIe card, so it'll fit OK.

It is possible, install TSReaderLite, point Invoke Analyser to it exe and then TSReaderLite should open up VLC

Not the Pro AFAIK. THe standard version yes.

When you exe TSReader, you'll need to add this command in the pop-up to point to it. -

-s TSReader_TCP %ip% %port%
