TV with DVB-S2X tuners

My Satellite Setup
Dishes: 80cm (5°W), 80cm (30°W), 60cm Zone 2 (13°E/19.2°E/28.2°E)
Receivers: HTPC w/ TBS6905 4x DVB-S2 PCIe tuner card running TVHeadend, Octagon SF8008 mini.
My Location

The two LG TVs I tried (a 32" and a 49", both a couple of years old now), didn't see anything.

Interestingly as an aside, they both register the fact that there's a signal on 12646H (Bulgarian DTT feed), with the signal strength/quality bars lighting up. As this transponder is Multistream though nothing scans in. I guess it's lockable because it doesn't use PLS, and implies that it would only be firmware required to tune multistream transponders of this type.
