I do wonder that if it is Turkmenistan Sport that provide their own local commentary on these games, where do they get the "clean" audio feed sans Stan Sport commentary?

Bit of a noob question, i am creating a new custom satellites.xml file and notice there are 3 sats all around the 52 east location, 52, 52,5 and 53.0 which is the best one to add for best reception of Turkmen Sport

You will get the the couple of 53E channels anyway, and the Europe beam of 52.5E if it ever comes back on air.
