Colour Bars breaking up a little since its Horizontal and I am using a polariser.

Confirmed Remlap
a good 8db with plate fitted atm
NDS-DSNG Codec
H or V but predominantly V ...so linear and so higher signal would be expected approx 10db ...if the plate was removed ...but I ain't climbing a ladder in this rain..

Just found I think 3-4 promo loops for Eutelsat on 3E they would be best found with blindscan being linear.

Knew I'd find a feed from Libya for the hand over to the elected congress so had a scan around 3E C-Band

Note the ID still LJB which stood for Libyan Jamahiriya Boadcasting

Using a polariser so this signal be booming in without it.

This kind of thing has made my 1.2M Gibertini C-Band experiments worth it alone in my eyes, just love it.

Heading to 5W or 20E now to see what else I can find.

Well we sure do have a new powerhouse on 5W.

4128 L 2600 Lyngsat says its 8PSK S2 but I have my doubts now!

Boom TV and STV2 from Cameroon signals are booming in now, strongest C-Band transponder for me, never seen these before either..

Not that big a deal but what the BBC have at 1W holding video on 4025 R 7324 I really like.

I made sometimes da same with a similar offset ,of course my location permits exzperiment in most eastern birds

My question is who can receive 49E in UK?!

Please try 3950 L (Saba) and 3976 L 'cause they are the strongest tp's !!!


For better results always use a single polarity c band lnb and da "cross sign" depolarizer

...and sadly I can't get any ...not even on a 2.2m
Yep its the TT again ..and always has been..
I'm hopeful that in the winter I might get a sniff ..as the 1.25 Gibby has a slightly clearer view round the trunk of this tree..

i have a slightly restricted view of this sat with 1.8 offset dish -- i have scanned in 35 channels --
never managed to lock - TV lorry -- yet though its always just under threshold

have tried with a 1.2 c.m. with a clear view but locked no channels

..Doh ! doesn't fill me with any confidence that I might just get something on the Gibby once the leaves fall ..
Looks like 49E will remain a forlorn hope at Earth Station VS
