OK, it all looks relatively well set up. How far can you move each side of true south and what are the two extreme satellites receivable ?

The trick is to see what your getting on sky news on 1w should be around 15.2 db. Then go over to 42e to see if your getting around 16 to 17db or circa 90% signal then go to 30w and see if u get the same sort of readings

i can go past 30 west to about 35 west but i dont go that far, 30 west is about the most west i go, i can get to around 60 east if there was a need for that.

Sounds like you're sorted altho 1w should be bit more. Presume u mean db levels .

yes they are db levels.

Im going to try a different LNB when it arrives, i use to get 7 west most of the time, now i dont, 16 east is a problem on SIC INTERNATIONAL does 5g mobile signals cause problems on satellite, this 7 west is strange, dubai racing, i use to get, in hd, now its all over the place, the signal seems fine of about 8 db 42 signal the top part of the picture seems to be ok, but the bottom is crazy.

I wonder if there is some kind of interference, our tv signals was effected by a new 5G mask (normal tv via ariel) not that long ago, this signal goes from 8 db to nothing then it comes back on again, ive never seen anything like this, ive removed all the dish cables as they where in some trucking which ive heard can interfere like a cross talk, that hasnt helped.

7w is "close" to 1w and youre already about 1.5 db out on 1w. So 7w although u have signal it's not peaked.

I don't think ku band suffers from 5g interference...

ok, when the new lnb arrives ill peak it on sky news, and then try 7 west, some of 7 west is fine, other channels are not.

SIC International 12563H - 10600 LO = 1963MHz IF sent to the receiver.
1959.7 to 1979.7MHz is used by EE mobile services
1944.9 to 1959.7MHz is Vodafone.

Dubai Racing 12418H - 10600 LO = 1818Mhz IF
1816.7 to 1831.7MHz is allocated to Three
1810.9 to 1816.7MHz is used by Vodafone.

The LNB looks like an IBU Twin. An LNB with a 4G filter may help, I don't believe the original IBUs have one.

hi ozumo that is interesting, yes LNB is a twin rt lnb, ive ordered the

New Model Inverto Black Ultra PLL 0.2dB Twin 4K/HD/3D Satellite LNB​

I hope this is the best one to order, seems a few new ones around since i last looked at LNBs

yes, been there as long as the dish, thing is, im sure i had these satellites with no problems, then we all had signal issues when they installed a new 5G mask, but im not sure on the times when all of this happened, hence why i did wonder about the new style LNBs.
Ill try the new LNB when it arrives and improve 1 west, if i can, ill report back once i have done the install, it will take a little while, as the LNB is not been shipped yet.

7w - Dubai Racing 1HD - 10.5db

Yes mine to go through a v box, but ive also tried without, but not kuch difference on the readings.

Is your lnb the old or newer type?

I had a particular case with the arrival of UHD channels on 5W.
All the FRANSAT channels worked very well and it was impossible to find the two UHD channels on 12522 V @29950 on my TV.
On my satfinder I found the two UHD channels but being encrypted I did not have the image.
I blamed this on my Sony TV.
And I changed the LNB and the channels were there.
I tested the LNB on another antenna and on this part of the spectrum I had the same problems as you.
